1.2. This Cancellation Policy applies to customers and users, hereinafter referred to as Customer, user or you, who purchase or use subscription-based Services.
1.3. This Cancellation Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2.1. Some Services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
2.2. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee at the recurring interval shown at checkout, unless you cancel the subscription before the next billing date.
2.3. Subscription prices, billing intervals and renewal terms are displayed before purchase.
3.1. You may cancel your recurring subscription through your account dashboard by using the cancellation function made available in the Subscriptions section.
3.2. Cancellation stops future recurring charges for the cancelled subscription.
3.3. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
3.4. After cancellation, your subscription will normally remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, unless your access is suspended or terminated under the Terms and Conditions.
3.5. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not want the subscription to renew.
4.1. Unless required by applicable law or expressly approved under our Refund Policy, we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused subscription time after cancellation.
4.2. Refund requests are handled separately under our Refund Policy.
5.1. If you are unable to cancel your subscription through the dashboard due to a technical issue, you should contact our support team before the next billing date and provide enough information for us to identify your account and subscription.
5.2. We may request reasonable information to verify your account, subscription or payment before making changes.
5.3. We are not responsible for renewal charges caused by failure to cancel before the next billing date, unless the failure was caused by an issue within our reasonable control or applicable law requires otherwise.
6.1. We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, billing processes, legal requirements or business operations.
6.2. The updated Cancellation Policy will become effective when it is made available, unless otherwise stated.
