1.1. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Skript.gg, hereinafter referred to as Service Provider, Skript.gg, we, us or our, may provide refunds for access to our website, software, license keys, subscriptions and related services, hereinafter referred to as Services.
1.2. This Refund Policy applies to customers and users, hereinafter referred to as Customer, user or you, who purchase, activate, download, access or use the Services.
1.3. This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1.4. By purchasing, activating, downloading, accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Refund Policy.
2.1. The Services consist of online digital content, digital services, software access, license keys, subscriptions and related functionality.
2.2. Because the Services are digital in nature, access may begin immediately after purchase, activation or delivery of a license key.
2.3. By purchasing the Services and accessing, activating, downloading or using the software, you expressly request and consent to immediate provision of the Services.
2.4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that once the Services have been accessed, activated, downloaded or used, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to digital content or digital services.
2.5. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
3.1. Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed case by case.
3.2. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our support team.
3.3. A refund request must relate to the Customer’s latest purchase or latest relevant license key, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
3.4. Refund requests are only eligible for review while the relevant subscription or license key still has remaining subscription time.
3.5. Refunds will not be reviewed where the relevant subscription has expired, where no subscription time remains, or where the license key has already been fully used, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
3.6. Approval of a refund in one case does not require us to approve the same or similar refund request in another case.
4.1. If a verified technical issue prevents you from using the Services, you must contact our support team within a reasonable time and provide sufficient information for us to investigate the issue.
4.2. Before a refund is considered, you may be required to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting steps, provide relevant diagnostic information, follow support instructions, install updates, check compatibility requirements or otherwise allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
4.3. If we confirm that a technical issue caused by the Services prevents you from using the relevant subscription and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we may, at our discretion and where permitted by law, offer one or more of the following:
4.3.1. a refund;
4.3.2. a partial refund;
4.3.3. replacement access;
4.3.4. subscription time extension;
4.3.5. account credit or another reasonable solution.
4.4. A technical issue will not normally qualify for a refund if the issue is caused by your device, operating system, unsupported configuration, failure to meet requirements, use of prohibited environments, third-party software, breach of the Terms and Conditions, refusal to cooperate with support, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5.1. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, refunds will not be provided for:
5.1.1. change of mind after purchase, activation, download, access or use of the Services;
5.1.2. accidental purchases where the Services have already been accessed, activated, downloaded or used;
5.1.3. failure to read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, product description, product status, requirements or instructions before purchase;
5.1.4. failure to meet hardware, software, operating system or compatibility requirements;
5.1.5. use of virtual machines, cloud machines or other prohibited environments;
5.1.6. account suspension, termination or restriction caused by breach of the Terms and Conditions;
5.1.7. reverse engineering, tampering, abuse, resale, ban evasion, unauthorized sharing or other misuse of the Services;
5.1.8. purchase of accounts, license keys or subscriptions from unauthorized third parties;
5.1.9. bans, suspensions, restrictions, penalties or other actions taken by third-party game companies, platforms, anti-cheat providers or other third parties;
5.1.10. temporary interruptions, updates, maintenance, detection-risk changes, product-status changes or compatibility changes caused by the dynamic nature of the Services, unless we determine that a refund or other remedy is appropriate;
5.1.11. subscriptions with no remaining subscription time;
5.1.12. any purchase other than the latest relevant purchase or license key, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6.1. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless this is impossible due to objective circumstances or otherwise required by law.
6.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, card issuers or other financial institutions.
6.3. Fees, currency conversion differences, bank charges or payment processor charges may not be refundable where they are outside our control, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6.4. If a refund is approved, access to the refunded subscription, license key or related Services may be disabled immediately.
7.1. If you purchased the Services through an authorized reseller, the reseller’s refund policy may apply.
7.2. We may be unable to refund purchases made through resellers, third-party sellers or other payment channels that we do not directly control.
7.3. Purchases made from unauthorized third parties are not eligible for refund and may result in termination of the Service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
8.1. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, you should contact our support team before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
8.2. If a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal or fraud claim is opened, we may suspend access to the relevant account, subscription, license key or Services while the matter is investigated.
8.3. Fraudulent, abusive or bad-faith payment disputes may result in termination of access to the Services and refusal of future purchases, where permitted by law.
9.1. To request a refund, you must contact our support team through the available support channel and provide sufficient information for us to identify and review the purchase.
9.2. A refund request should include, where available:
9.2.1. account username;
9.2.2. account e-mail address;
9.2.3. order number, invoice number, transaction ID or license key;
9.2.4. date of purchase;
9.2.5. reason for the refund request;
9.2.6. description of any technical issue;
9.2.7. any supporting information reasonably requested by our support team.
9.3. You should not provide full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information when requesting a refund.
10.1. This Refund Policy does not exclude or limit any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.2. We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, payment processes, legal requirements or business operations.
